My name is Megan Lambert, I am from a very small town in Oklahoma called Ringling. (Yes its where the Ringling Bros. Circus came from- I get asked that alot) The population is about 1800. Eventhough I have always been a small town girl I love living in a big city. I am a sophmore and my major is Occupational Therapy. I chose to take this class because out of my options it seemed to be the most interesting and I figured I would learn alot from it that I didn't know.
Some questions I would like to know the answer to are:
1.) How many things have changed for women throughout the years? Like how they have been treated and thought of in the past to now.
2.) Will women ever be considered equal to men?
3.) Why people asume women can't perform as well as men in certain occupations?
4.) What womens studies is all about?
5.) How can we as women help to make things even better for women in the future?
